My Review:This book is short but very well written. It had me on the edge of my seat at every turn, and my brain was constantly doing its best to guess what would happen next. It definitely gives me some Dr. Who vibes (and I can't help but picture the Silence when I think about the Shadow Men, but that's besides the point), and reminded me a bit of The Time Traveler's Wife (the show, not the movie). I absolutely love the main character. She has her flaws but she's well-rounded, smart, and strong. Not to mention Mr. Reese, who is wonderful in his own ways, too. I am a huge fan of the way Grayson Scott writes. His stories take you to a whole other world and the emotions are almost tangible as the words seem to lift off the page and become a part of you. I'm looking forward to the next installment in this series. It has a strong premise, and is a concept we're familiar with, but has a unique, insatiable spin to it, and I can't wait for more. Summary:Humanity's fate hangs in the balance in a world where civilization teeters on the brink of collapse. Amidst the chaos, a cryptic enigma emerges, unveiling the assault on the very fabric of time itself. Embark on a breathtaking journey through the annals of history, the present's uncertainties, and the mysteries of the future, as our The Curator battles to save humanity and the timeline that binds us all.
This is episode one of an exciting new time traveling novella series from Grayson Scott with multiple episodes each year. This special edition includes the first chapter of Episode Two: A World Without Feather
