Every November, people set out to write a whole novel (50k words) in one month.

​   I never asked fate to change me into a Bleeder. Zombism is all I knew, but now I’ll be hunted until they can find a way to kill me. If I hadn’t had gone down to that hum-fight, if I didn’t jump in the ring to satisfy my need for unprocessed human flesh, I'd still be accepted in society. I wouldn’t have to hide from the werewolves who can smell life on me, from the vampires who, with one drop of blood, know everything about me. Now here I am, with a gaggle of humans and human-sympathizers, trying to hide my new identity, all while trying my hardest to avoid learning about the girl who turned me.

But it’s near impossible when she’s the only one I trust.

Tales is an awesome interactive storytelling platform, and the people there are so nice and helpful. They put WDMB together and it looks SO AMAZING.

When Dead Men Bleed is a book I poured so much into. I have so much planned for the next books, and I’m so excited to share it with you guys. Seeing these characters come to life is an amazing feeling. I can’t get over Zeke and Mikey’s art. It’s stunning.

The team was super responsive and listened to everything I told them, and they really brought these creations to life. I will say my favorite character art is by far Etem’s. My goodness, he looks awesome! I have stuff planned for him, too, along with Cayla and Raquel. Everyone’s art is so amazing, especially Zeke and Mikey’s. They’re perfect. Exactly how I pictured them.

The Tales team is currently working on two of my other books, so I guess y’all will see those when I announce them!
