Review: Making the Deal by Shelby Mackenzie

My Review

The heat is turned up quickly between the main characters Rayna and Jax. It focuses around their story and how they come to fall for one another following the instant attraction. I did enjoy the banter between characters, although I do wish there was more sprinkled throughout the book.

This book has a lot of opportunities to create a strong series, and I know this first book will create a strong following for the books to come. The author definitely knows what they're talking about when it came to all the technical talk around the two main character's businesses and what they do for a living, and I really enjoyed hearing about that.

If you enjoy a wholesome and mildly spicy book, make sure you check this one out. It's a light and quick read, and if romance is what you're looking for, you'll definitely fall in love with Ray and Jax, and, just like the main characters themselves, you won't be able to get enough of them.
