I wrote this book in five days, and it's still one of my most favorite books. I love the character growth Aspen goes through, and the insanity she faces after being sacrificed. I've honestly thought about making a second book, but haven't got around to it. Who knows? I guess we'll see what the future brings!
Aspen is a sick girl--always has been. So when it's decided she'll be this month's sacrifice to the sky monsters, she isn't surprised. She believes that if she survives until daylight, she can return home. What kind of creature would want something that's only bones, anyway?
